Here is the thing.  I love WordPress but I gotta find the perfect theme.

Ingredients

Salmon Fillet with the skin removed

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary

1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Place the salmon on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.  The fish just needs a light covering.  Place the salmon in a 400 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.  Remove the fish and check for doneness.   Use a fork or knife to separate some meat and the salmon should be opaque all of the way through.  You can also tell based on the little bits of fat that will appear on the top of the meat as it cooks.  Use paper towel to remove all fat from the top of the fillet, and then drizzle lightly with honey.  Use a basting brush to make sure the entire surface is covered.  Sprinkle rosemary and return the fish to the oven for another 10 minutes.  Remove, reglaze with honey and serve.
